We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mylee purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened beauty products. To maintain hygiene standards, items must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products in their original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all caps and lids are tightly closed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
