It's perfect over any Gel Polish shade, 5-In-1 Builder Gel or Magic Extender Gel, offering protection for your mani and a salon-quality finish that can last up to 3 weeks. What's more, there's no top coat stickiness to wipe away with our special formula, so you're good to go straight out of the lamp. Simply apply an even layer, then use the brush or a dotting tool to move the hearts to where you want them. You could also add another layer of top coat to seal your confetti for a smooth finish. Just cure under an LED or UV Lamp.
